Hello, I’m Aidan. I started baking a few years ago, and it’s something I’ve continued because I genuinely enjoy it. I like challenging myself by trying new recipes each week and learning through the process.

On this website, I’ll be sharing the recipes I’ve refined over time along with photos of my bakes. I’ve never taken baking classes or relied on online guides; instead, I’ve developed my skills through consistent experimentation and a lot of trial and error. This approach has helped me understand baking in a hands-on, practical way.

One of my favorite things to make is chocolate mousse. I enjoy it because of the precision and technique required to get the texture right, and it’s always satisfying when it turns out well.

I also once met Gordon Ramsay at his restaurant in Manila, where he mentioned that baking is all about science. It was a simple comment, but it stuck with me and gave me a new appreciation for the technical side of baking.
